FINENESS, LONGEVITY AND
Always producers of Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto, our current range of products has expanded for a total of about 50,000 bottles a year. Our reds include two mentions of BARBARESCO (CASOT and MARCARINI), a reserve of the single vineyard CASOT (cru) and the blend of the two called CASMAR as well as LANGHE NEBBIOLO, BARBERA D’ALBA SUPERIORE and DOLCETTO D’ALBA.
We have three different whites: a LANGHE BIANCO ARMONIA (blend of Arneis and Sauvignon Blanc), a pure LANGHE ARNEIS and LANGHE RIESLING which derives from the noblest white grape in the world, Rhein Riesling. The range is completed by a small production of METODO CLASSICO ROSATO from our main vine, at zero dosage, which is aged in the bottle “sur lie” for 50 to 70 months.
Our customers judge our wines as elegant, spicy, refined and extremely representative of the territory. We have never succumbed to the use of barriques or woods that are too strong. Instead we have always relied on the finesse of untoasted Slavonian and Allier oak that make up our large barrels and vats which are kept in perfect health, to be used for decades.
